Challenge 57 · Transition
“I know what works for me now.”
Begin Again is not supposed to be another punishment or another test of endurance.
It is the transition from being given challenges to understanding yourself well enough to choose them.
The point is to recognize what genuinely changed, keep what works, discard what does not, and start again from a more complete understanding of yourself.
Review the entire program.
Ask:
What changed?
What did I keep?
What did I discard?
Which challenges actually affected me?
Which behaviors became natural?
Which behaviors were useless?
What did I learn about myself?
What do I want to continue?
Then choose your own next challenges.
Your record
The tracker is the record. Writing on a day checks that day in. Mark the challenge completed when you finished it, or not continuing when you are done with it. Those marks are the review on your map. The lines under a day are here for whatever you want to say.
Phase XI · Begin Again
One side is the phases. The other side is the challenges. Moving one does not move the other. This is your evidence. It is not a report about who you became.
Phase review
Each phase keeps the review it already asks. What you write here is the same writing on that phase.

Each slide is a challenge you have already walked. It reads the record on that challenge. It does not rank them.
