Challenge 56 · 56 days
Choose Yourself
Small reflections create a powerful you.
“I choose my life.”
Why this challenge
This is not simply another challenge.
It is the integration exercise.
Awareness taught:
What am I actually doing?
Discipline taught:
Can I choose differently?
Consistency taught:
Can I keep choosing it?
Endurance taught:
Can I stay when it becomes uncomfortable?
Focus taught:
Can I direct my attention?
Connection taught:
Can I participate with other people?
Courage taught:
Can I act without certainty?
The Capstone finally asks:
What do I actually want?
What you do
Every day, identify one moment where you are about to make a decision based primarily on:
fear of rejection
fear of disappointing someone
fear of being judged
fear of being alone
fear of missing out
fear of failure
Stop.
Ask:
“What would I choose if I wasn’t afraid of the outcome?”
Then, when it is safe and appropriate, make the decision that actually reflects what you want.
Before you begin
Phase X daily review. The participant writes one page for each day of the 56. This page does not replace the Capstone practice.
Safety
Then, when it is safe and appropriate, make the decision that actually reflects what you want.

Your record
Where this stands
The tracker is the record. Writing on a day checks that day in. Mark the challenge completed when you finished it, or not continuing when you are done with it. Those marks are the review on your map. The lines under a day are here for whatever you want to say.
56 days

Day 1
In your own words
This space is here for the day the other lines do not fit. Write it the way you would say it. Add a picture if that is closer. It stays with this day, and it stays on your map.
