Challenge 57 · Transition
Begin Again
“I know what works for me now.”
Why this challenge
Begin Again is not supposed to be another punishment or another test of endurance.
It is the transition from being given challenges to understanding yourself well enough to choose them.
The point is to recognize what genuinely changed, keep what works, discard what does not, and start again from a more complete understanding of yourself.
What you do
Review the entire program.
Ask:
What changed?
What did I keep?
What did I discard?
Which challenges actually affected me?
Which behaviors became natural?
Which behaviors were useless?
What did I learn about myself?
What do I want to continue?
Then choose your own next challenges.
Keywords
- I know what works for me now.
The point
- Review the entire program.
- Ask:
- What changed?
- What did I keep?
- Be honest with yourself. Keep what transforms you. Release what no longer serves. Set intentions, not pressure.

The point
- The scorecard asks how the Foundation felt. The plate’s column headings are short labels. Extra keeps the phase names, including The Capstone for Phase X and Begin Again for Phase XI.

The point
- Page 1 of the Phase XI review. Extra keeps Begin Again as a transition. The plate’s short phase labels do not rename the phases.
- Integrate. Reflect. Decide what’s next.

The point
- Page 2 of the Phase XI review. The sentences the participant finishes stay with the participant. Extra keeps the mantra I know what works for me now.
- Continue deliberately.

Your record
Where this stands
The tracker is the record. Writing on a day checks that day in. Mark the challenge completed when you finished it, or not continuing when you are done with it. Those marks are the review on your map. The lines under a day are here for whatever you want to say.
In your own words
This space is here when the questions are not how you want to answer. Write it the way you would say it. Add a picture if that is closer. It stays with this challenge, and it stays on your map.
