Can I look at my sexuality honestly before trying to change it?
Teach the participant to observe sexuality without immediately judging, performing, suppressing, or exaggerating it.
This phase begins by removing shame and comparison so you can understand what you actually feel, want, wonder about, and believe about your own sexuality.
