VALUES Choose one value and consciously practice it. MEANING Do something that makes your own life more meaningful. SERVICE Do something that improves someone else’s life. ACCEPTANCE Identify something you cannot control and practice responding rather than fighting reality. TRANSCENDENCE Do something that contributes beyond your immediate self-interest.
