ACCEPTANCE

This may be the hardest movement. Because meaning becomes fragile when it depends on life behaving the way you want. People leave. Bodies change. Plans fail. People disappoint you. You lose things. You make mistakes. You grow older. Things you love eventually change. Some dreams never happen. Some questions never receive answers. Acceptance is not approval. It does not mean: “This is good.” It means: “This is real.” And from there: “What can I do with reality as it is?”
