Challenge 01 · 7 days
The Threshold Pause
Before entering a new room. Stop. Take one slow breath. Then enter.
“I choose how I arrive.”
Why this challenge
Most people carry the last conversation, emotion, frustration, or thought into the next room without realizing they are doing it.
This tiny pause gives you a moment to reset before you enter.
You are beginning to practice choosing how you arrive, rather than simply arriving automatically.
What you do
Before entering every new room, stop.
Take one slow breath.
Then continue.
Do this even when you are in a hurry.
The goal is to interrupt the automatic transition from one situation into the next.
What to notice
Where did I pause today? What happened? How did I feel?
Before you begin
Do this whenever practical, including when you are moving quickly.

Where this stands
The tracker is the record. Writing on a day checks that day in. Mark the challenge completed when you finished it, or not continuing when you are done with it. Those marks are the review on your map. The lines under a day are here for whatever you want to say.
