The Boundary
Respect yourself. Protect your peace.
“I teach people how to treat me by what I allow.”
Why this challenge
A boundary is not just something you say.
It is something you consistently do.
After learning to say small no’s, this challenge asks you to turn self-respect into repeatable behavior.
What you do
Identify one recurring situation where you allow something you do not actually want.
Set one clear boundary.
Then maintain it.
Before you begin
Healthy boundaries create a freer, happier you.
Ideas for setting boundaries
- Be clear and direct about what you need.
- Use “I” statements (e.g., “I need…”, “I’m not comfortable with…”).
- Say no without over-explaining.
- Set limits on your time, energy, and availability.
- Practice not responding immediately.
- Create boundaries with technology (e.g., no phones during meals).
- Communicate your needs in relationships.
- Let go of guilt when you prioritize yourself.
- Notice and respect the boundaries of others.
- Celebrate each time you honor your boundary.
- Take a walk or explore a new area.
- Volunteer or do something kind for someone else.
- Create something (a playlist, a post, a plan).
- Other.

Where this stands
The tracker is the record. Writing on a day checks that day in. Mark the challenge completed when you finished it, or not continuing when you are done with it. Those marks are the review on your map. The lines under a day are here for whatever you want to say.

Day 1
In your own words
This space is here for the day the other lines do not fit. Write it the way you would say it. Add a picture if that is closer. It stays with this day, and it stays on your map.
