The Boredom Challenge — Continuation Reset
Less distraction. More presence.
“I don’t have to escape.”
Why this challenge
Boredom becomes especially useful after completing the program because it can reveal whether the ability to sit with yourself is still available.
Continuation means recognizing when old patterns are returning and knowing which practices can bring you back before the pattern becomes your identity again.
Why it matters
By the end of 7 days, feel more grounded and comfortable with stillness.
Discover what arises when you're not distracted.
Learn to enjoy your own company.
Boredom is not emptiness. It's an invitation.
