Name What You’re Carrying

Say it. See it. Release what you don't need.

“I release what I don’t need.”

Why this challenge

Unspoken thoughts often repeat themselves because they have never been clearly acknowledged.

Naming what is heavy helps loosen its grip, while naming what is worth carrying helps you recognize the things you actually want to preserve.

Why it matters

Moves thoughts out of your head and onto paper.

Reduces anxiety and overthinking.

Helps you identify patterns.

Creates emotional clarity.

Allows you to process and release what you don't need.

Increases self-awareness and peace.

Helps you focus on what truly matters.

What you do

Before bed:

Say one thing that felt heavy today.

Then say one thing that felt worth carrying.

Say both out loud.

Before you begin

A simple daily practice to bring awareness and create mental freedom.
