Challenge 05 · 10 days · 1 Walk a Day
Curiosity Walk
Look closer. The world has more to say.
“The world changes when I actually look.”
Why this challenge
The goal is not simply walking.
The goal is learning how different the world becomes when you stop assuming you already know it.
Curiosity turns an ordinary environment into something you are actively experiencing rather than simply passing through.
What you do
Take a 30-minute walk.
Pretend you have never been there before.
Notice:
five sounds
five smells
five textures
five colors
five details you have never consciously noticed
What to notice
What did I notice today that I normally would have missed? How did it make me feel? What did I learn?

Your record
Where this stands
The tracker is the record. Writing on a day checks that day in. Mark the challenge completed when you finished it, or not continuing when you are done with it. Those marks are the review on your map. The lines under a day are here for whatever you want to say.
