Ask for Help

Strength is in connection.

“Strength doesn’t mean doing everything alone.”

Why this challenge

Independence is valuable.

But refusing help can quietly become another form of isolation.

Allowing someone to help you can be an act of trust rather than a sign of weakness.

What you do

Once during the week, genuinely ask someone for help with something you could technically do yourself.

Do not apologize for needing them.

Before you begin

Braver conversations. A lighter load.
